General Questions
British IPTV is an internet-based television service that streams live TV channels, movies and series directly to your device over your internet connection. Instead of a satellite dish or cable box, all you need is a good broadband connection and a compatible device.
With our IPTV UK subscription you get access to 22,000+ channels including UK TV, European channels, Romania IPTV and a large on-demand library.
Traditional TV uses satellite or cable. IPTV UK delivers all channels through your internet connection, which means no dish, no cables and no long contracts.
You also get far more channels, including channels from Europe and Romania that you cannot get through standard UK TV packages, plus a large on-demand video library.
For smooth streaming we recommend the following minimum speeds:
- HD channels: 10 Mbps
- Full HD channels: 20 Mbps
- 4K channels: 30 Mbps or more
Most UK broadband connections are well above these levels. A wired ethernet connection always gives better results than Wi-Fi.
Yes. We set up your account first and you test the channels and quality before paying anything. Once you are happy with what you see, you complete the payment. There is no upfront cost and no risk on your side.
You can install and use your British IPTV account on as many devices as you like. There is no limit on the number of devices. The only rule is that each connection can only stream on one device at a time, so you cannot watch on two devices simultaneously using the same login.
So feel free to set it up on your TV, phone, tablet, laptop and any other device. Just switch between them whenever you want.
Subscription & Payment
We offer three British IPTV subscription plans:
- 3 Months — £30 (£10/month)
- 6 Months — £40 (£6.67/month)
- 12 Months — £60 (£5/month) + free media player app included
All plans include the same channels, VOD library and features. The only difference is duration and price.
For UK residents we accept bank transfer as the main payment method. It is quick, safe and no account is needed.
We also accept PayPal and other payment options for customers outside the UK. When you contact us to order, just let us know where you are based and we will confirm the best payment method for you.
There are no contracts. You pay for a fixed period (3, 6 or 12 months) and when it ends your account simply stops. There is no auto-renewal and no cancellation fees.
Because we let you test the service before you pay, we ask that you check the channels and quality work on your device before completing payment. Once payment is made we do not offer refunds as the service has already been delivered and tested.

Yes. Contact our support team at any time and we can extend or upgrade your account. Any remaining days on your current plan will be carried over.
Setup & Installation
Once you order, we send you a login username, password and M3U URL. You enter these into any IPTV app on your device. The most popular apps are TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and GSE Smart IPTV.

Most accounts are activated within a few minutes of placing an order. In busy periods it may take up to 2 hours. Our team works 24/7 so you won't be waiting long.
No. You do not need a VPN. Our service works on a standard UK broadband connection without any additional software. Some customers choose to use a VPN for privacy reasons, which is fine, but it is not required for the service to work.
Channels & Content
Your subscription includes over 22,000 live channels covering UK TV, Europe IPTV, Romania IPTV, sports, news, kids, entertainment and world channels. You also get access to 100,000+ movies and 25,000+ series on demand.
Yes. Sports channels are included in every plan. You can watch live football, boxing, F1, tennis, rugby, cricket and more. Sports channels are available in HD and some in 4K.
Yes. An Electronic Program Guide (EPG) is included, so you can see what is on and what is coming up across all channels. The EPG is supported in all major IPTV apps like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters and GSE Smart IPTV.
Yes. Catch-up and timeshift are available on supported channels. This lets you go back and watch programmes you missed earlier in the day or week, depending on the channel.
Yes. New movies and series are added to the on-demand library every week. The library currently has over 100,000 movies and 25,000 series.
Technical Issues
Buffering is usually caused by your internet connection rather than the server. Try these steps:
- Restart your router and device
- Connect via ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi
- Close any other apps or devices using your internet
- Try a different IPTV app
- Check your internet speed (you need at least 10 Mbps for HD)
If the problem continues, contact our support team and we will investigate from our side.
First try refreshing the channel list in your IPTV app. If specific channels are down, this is usually a temporary issue that resolves within a few hours. If a large number of channels are not working, restart your app and device.
If the issue persists, message our support team on Telegram or live chat and we will check the server status for you.
Double-check that you are entering the username, password and M3U URL exactly as sent to you, with no extra spaces. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
If you are sure the details are correct and still cannot connect, contact support and we will verify your account status and resend your credentials if needed.
Contact our support team to renew. Your existing login details stay the same so you won't need to set anything up again. Just renew and your access is restored immediately.
