1. Agreement

By accessing britishiptv.shop ("Website") or purchasing a subscription from BritishIPTV ("we", "us"), you ("you", "customer") agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. The service

We provide access to an Internet-based streaming subscription service that delivers third-party audiovisual content through compatible applications and devices. Channel line-up, quality, and availability may change without notice due to factors outside our control (including upstream sources and your own network or hardware). We are not a traditional broadcast, cable, or satellite television provider.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your country. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may not share, resell, or redistribute access beyond what your plan permits; abuse may result in immediate termination without refund (subject to our Refund Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Payment and delivery

Prices are as shown on the Website at the time of order. Payment methods and instructions are communicated after you submit your order (e.g. bank transfer or other approved methods). Access credentials or activation steps are provided after successful payment verification, typically within the timeframe stated on the Website or in your confirmation email. Taxes or bank fees, if any, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds

Refund rights are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Website design, branding, text, layouts, and our own materials are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party content accessed through the service remains the property of its respective owners. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for personal, private viewing — not a sale of any underlying intellectual property.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss (including lost profits or data) arising from use of the service.
• Our total aggregate liability arising out of your order or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the subscription giving rise to the claim in the six months before the event, unless a higher minimum applies under mandatory law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing the service becomes impractical (e.g. upstream discontinuation). We will give notice where reasonable; in serious cases we may act immediately.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your home country.
